We find happiness in our products, and hope you will too! If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to our Customer Care team within 30 days of purchase to initiate the return process. Simply send an email to hello@staypolitehemp.com or call us at 800-494-7747. We'll need your name, date of purchase, way to connect, and product you would like to return or exchange. Once we locate your order, we will be back in touch with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Hassle free and no questions asked.

Once the return process is complete, a full refund will be made to your original form of payment and will post to your account within 5-7 business days

Retail Purchases

If your product was purchased through a Polite distributor or retailer, you will need to go back to your original purchase location for any return or exchange. 

Damages and issues
